Why did I not purchase this sooner? 4.5yrs on from leaving an abusive relationship, I still get stress and anxiety from communicating with the father of our child. He remains intimidating and combative and continually attempts to pull me into conflict. These talking points are exceptional and I already feel like I’ve gained some power back by being able to respond respectfully but with authority. I often got so stressed I wouldn’t be able to respond in a timely manner or would just send off a message that was not well thought out, I think because I still live in flight or fight mode due to ongoing issues. Highly recommend to anyone who has to have written or oral communication with an abuser! Thank you Kaitlyn!

This has definitely made me feel empowered. I am on my second year of court battles and the attacks are non stop from the other parent. He has weaponized every little thing I said, even things that don’t make me look bad at all. He flips the script, twists narratives and has used my texts to do that. Now that ends here. I have learned so much from your free content but now this is the cherry on top. Thank you so much

Listen...... This content was a Godsend this morning. I knew the right words to say after his long drown out message of why he was late 2 hours for drop-off

A WORD FROM KAITLYN:

The Survivor’s Talking Points® Strategybook™ isn’t just a place to write—it’s a proven tool to help you speak clearly, stay credible, and reclaim control of your story.

I created The Survivor’s Talking Points® Strategybooks™ out of necessity—during court battles, in the aftermath of emotional trauma, and through long seasons of working with survivors who have been misunderstood. Like many survivors, I knew I needed to be more “credible,” “calm,” and “clear.” But no one told me how to do that while surviving abuse and trying to protect my child. So I built the method I needed—the method that worked.

The Talking Points Method™ gives survivors a guided way to translate lived experience into a language the system recognizes. It doesn’t water down the truth or strip away your voice—it strengthens it. This workbook is the foundation of the program, with writing prompts, structure, and support designed to help you organize your story into consistent, credible, and actionable communication.

Every piece of this program is grounded in real-world success and supported by current research on coercive control, trauma, and legal credibility. It’s already helped countless women, in 34 countries, move from overwhelmed to prepared—from unheard to persuasive. The tools inside are trauma-informed, court-aware, and survivor-tested.

Let's get to work!
